Classified as an IGBT power module, 2MBI150NC-120 has features you cannot see on regular semiconductors. To make sure that the current rating does not depreciate at higher voltage, Fuji, the device’s manufacturer equipped 2MBI150NC-120 with square RBSOA. It’s performance is further improved with it’s less total power dissipation and low saturation voltage. It can produce 1200V or 150A of backup power.
It also has modified FWD characteristic and minimized internal stray inductance to assure users of experiencing lesser problems. With overcurrent limiting function that’s four to five times the rated current, this device can truly boost the power supply of your applications.
